To be successful in this position you possess:

A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as process engineering or similar.

7-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.

Demonstrated experience in managing sales teams and achieving strategic objectives.

Strong understanding of technical sales and ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.

Excellent communication and social skills.

Proficient in digital sales tools and technologies.

Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written.

Proven experience with CRM systems.

Ability to convey technical information to non-technical colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include:

Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Inspire and motivate the internal sales team to achieve peak performance.

Work with Sales Managers to set strategic goals and KPIs.

Translate technical product features into compelling sales pitches.

Present the unique value proposition of the Aerox injector and other solutions to customers.

Advise customers and prospects on targeted solutions that meet their needs.

Actively expand customer database by analyzing potential customers, visiting prospects and following up on leads.

Prepare quotes and convert them into orders. Follow up and monitor quotes to optimize conversion rates.

Work with customers to understand their needs and communicate these to the inside sales team.
