This study consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send questionnaire to identify details of application.<\/li>\n<li>Interview in which the further needs of the applicant will emerge<br \/>coming. An explanation of the technology will also be given.<\/li>\n<li>Through the expertise of our chemists and technologists, it will be concluded<br \/>Whether the application is feasible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56f1d04 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"56f1d04\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The second step in the feasibility study will be a test. Aerox can perform two types of on-site testing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da392bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"da392bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1. The Micro Aerox Injector is the smallest Aerox odor control unit designed for indicative on-site testing. Through this test, process air can be treated. A continuous quantity of the process air will be treated with the mini test. This allows samples to be taken, before and after the mini test, by an independent odor measurement company. To arrive at the right design, Aerox&#8217;s technical department will work with the customer to determine the configuration.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fcf73ad elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fcf73ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Test for transportation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-339740a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"339740a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Before we send the Aerox injector to the customer, a Factory Acceptance Test is performed. With this test, we can confirm that the Injector is fully functioning properly and ready to solve the odor problem. The customer is invited to be present at this test and can receive instruction on the operation of the system if desired. After all tests have been passed, the system is transported to the customer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea78124 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ea78124\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Installation and commissioning<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-416d7d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"416d7d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once the system has arrived on site and installed, Aerox will perform commissioning. When the Aerox-Injector is fully operational, the settings can be adjusted to achieve the best odor reduction in all situations. The commissioning process also includes the training of local operators. The in-house operators must be able to operate the basic functionalities of the Aerox injector.<\/p>\n<p>During this final step, we also perform a Site Acceptance Test. This test shows whether the machine is fully functional and nothing has gone wrong in transportation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7dc2e1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7dc2e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Service and maintenance<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e24fb3b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e24fb3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After the sale and commissioning, our team will be ready to assist as needed.<\/p>\n<p>The Aerox Injector will be continuously monitored via the IoT platform with online dashboard by our service coordinator to make sure the machine is working properly. In the unlikely event that there are problems, they are noticed immediately and remedied as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenance is planned and performed in close consultation with the customer.
