L’industrie de l’alimentation animale trouve son origine dans les moulins \u00e0 vent traditionnels. Aujourd’hui, on utilise des moulins \u00e0 granul\u00e9s \u00e0 entra\u00eenement \u00e9lectrique et les grains sont principalement refroidis dans des refroidisseurs \u00e0 contre-courant. Pour \u00e9liminer la poussi\u00e8re de l’air de refroidissement, on utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un filtre \u00e0 manches qui r\u00e9pond aux normes actuelles strictes en mati\u00e8re d’\u00e9missions de poussi\u00e8res. Dans un premier temps, l’industrie de l’alimentation animale a construit des chemin\u00e9es plus hautes afin de r\u00e9duire les odeurs. Cela n’a pas toujours permis de r\u00e9soudre suffisamment les probl\u00e8mes, d’autant plus que la capacit\u00e9 de production d’aliments pour animaux par usine a augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Aerox a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des solutions sp\u00e9cifiques de r\u00e9duction des odeurs pour l’industrie de l’alimentation animale. Une usine exploite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plusieurs lignes de granul\u00e9s avec environ 15 000 \u00e0 25 000 m3\/h d’air de refroidissement par ligne. Un injecteur Aerox compact peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 par ligne de granulation, ou plusieurs lignes de production peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9es et trait\u00e9es avec un seul injecteur Aerox. Dans la pratique, il peut s’agir d’un nombre diff\u00e9rent de lignes avec un d\u00e9bit d’air total pouvant atteindre 240 000 m3\/h.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
