- Technical aptitude and an interest in hands-on work
- Experience with assembly, mechanics, or electrical work is a plus
- Able to work accurately and follow instructions
- Proficient in using tools and technical equipment
- Physically able to lift and move components as needed
- Willing to learn and develop new technical skills
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Assemble complete Aerox units in accordance with specifications and work instructions
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
- Test completed units using checklists and quality procedures
- Identify and report assembly or quality issues as needed
- Prepare subassemblies for operations and service activities
- Support warehouse operations by preparing materials and assisting with logistics and inventory-related tasks as needed
- Read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality products
