Power only
Our goal is to run the Aerox-Injector on as few resources as possible while keeping the machine as small as possible. Our environmentally friendly odor reduction system runs only on electricity and nothing else. Therefore, compared to systems that use fuel, water or chemicals, the system is better for the environment. One of the biggest advantages of our cold plasma technology is that the ionization process begins at room temperature. Normally, this process occurs at much higher temperatures. As a result, the system requires relatively little power and keeps CO2 emissions low. By constantly carrying out research, we try to get the energy requirement even lower and reduce the machine even more.
Without Waste
Due to the filtration system, the plasma modules only need to be replaced once every 8,000 operating hours. When modules are replaced, we try to reuse as many of the old modules as possible. The parts that cannot be directly reused are recycled, so nothing is thrown away. We pride ourselves on the fact that the Aerox Injector leaves no waste, wastewater or residual chemicals behind.
Long-term investment
Thanks to the extremely high durability of the Aerox injector, we keep the environmental impact very low. After all, an Aerox injector is a long-term investment, it is also evidenced by the fact that our products are sold to customers all over the world. Including systems that have lasted more than 20 years. A number that grows larger and larger each year.
Easy integration
Because our technology is based on the principle of injection, it is relatively easy to integrate into the production process. Our Aerox injector does not need to be incorporated into the ventilation shaft but can be placed outside the existing systems. As a result, no major changes need to be done and there is almost no lost production time.
