Fine powders and grains
Cheese powder for on pizza or flavors like garlic are produced on spray dryers. The exhaust air from these drying plants contains a very high concentration of odor, which is detectable miles away. The thermal processing techniques (puffing and extrusion) required for grain production have emissions of strong undesirable odors, which often lead to complaints from the environment.

Removing food odors
Food odors can be effectively removed by an Aerox injector. It is custom made from the required materials (SS304). It is placed at the end of the production line, just before the air emissions leave the plant. Depending on production conditions, one Aerox injector can process airflows of up to 220,000 m3 per hour.

In recent years, Aerox has run numerous pilots worldwide, comparing the effectiveness of our technology with technologies such as biofilters and air scrubbers.
