At Aerox, you don’t just sell installations, but innovative systems that neutralize odors worldwide and contribute to cleaner air. Whether it is a large multinational rubber company or a local family-run animal feed company, you are the link between Aerox and its customers. You will enter factories, perform testing, and switch between commercial and technical advice to best support customers. In your role, you will regularly visit international customers and play a key role in expanding our market share, with a special focus on Asia. You will also work closely with distributors and agents to successfully complete deals and ensure that your sales strategies are not only commercially, but also technically sound.
- Finding and approaching potential customers and binding them to you;
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships;
- Advise your client relationships commercially and technically;
- Preparation and execution of market and sales plans;
- Working with international distributors.

You are commercially strong, but also a valuable discussion partner when it comes to technical issues. Because of your interest in Aerox products and techniques, you can advise customers in the best possible way You adapt easily: one moment you are talking to the owner of a small local factory and the next moment you are in contact with the chief technical officer of a large multinational.
- hbo working and thinking level, preferably a completed technical education;
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably international;
- Experience in/affinity for engineering such as process technology and/or chemistry;
- Experience with or knowledge of industrial processes is a plus;
- Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages in word and writing.
Your work area Aerox’s office is located in Vleuten, near Utrecht. Besides working in the modern office, you can also work from home. But of course you are also regularly on the road to visit international customers and several times a year you fly to Asia, among other places. When the weather is nice you can have lunch with colleagues on the terrace of the office garden and afterwards you can walk into Maxima Park for a walk.
