To be successful in this role, you have:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as process engineering or equivalent.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving strategic goals.
• Strong understanding of technical sales and the ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital sales tools and technologies.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
• Proven CRM skills.
• Ability to present technical information to non-technical colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
Your responsibilities include:
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Inspire and motivate the internal sales team to achieve high performance.
• Set strategic goals and KPIs in collaboration with Sales Managers.
• Translate technical product features into compelling sales pitches.
• Present the unique value of the Aerox injector and other solutions to customers.
• Advise customers and prospects on targeted solutions tailored to their needs.
• Actively expand the customer database by analyzing potential customers, visiting prospects, and following up on leads.
• Develop quotations and convert them into assignments. Track and follow up on quotations to optimize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and communicate these to the inside sales team.
