Jonker Petfood initially installed a scrubber to reduce their odor emissions coming from two production lines. However, the total airflow proved too large to be handled by the scrubber alone. To treat the entire airflow, Jonker Petfood turned to Aerox.
Jonker Petfood asked Aerox to come up with an odor reduction solution that provided the desired reduction but also used the scrubber. Aerox recommended splitting the overall airflow and using two different ducts. The scrubber can then handle a smaller airflow. The remaining air can be treated by a compact Aerox injector.
The Aerox injector was installed in 2011 and has been successfully handling airflow ever since. Odor measurements proved that the Aerox-Injector removed much of the odor particles. Jonker Petfood was very satisfied with the machine and even decided to purchase a second one when expanding their production process.
